1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and arenapls ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the arenapls website located at arenapls.one and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

arenapls reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the arenapls Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of arenapls, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by arenapls or by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory body.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the arenapls Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. arenapls will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• KYC Verification: arenapls is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Currency: All accounts on the arenapls Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

arenapls supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. arenapls reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction Limits: arenapls may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Suspicious Transactions: arenapls reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

arenapls offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• arenapls reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

arenapls offers a wide range of games including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and sabong. The following conditions apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All games offered on the arenapls Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are subject to independent testing and PAGCOR oversight to ensure fairness.
• Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, arenapls will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• arenapls reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other malfunction.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arenapls Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward arenapls staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the arenapls Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of arenapls or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of arenapls.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arenapls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

arenapls's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenapls account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

arenapls does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data

arenapls collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

arenapls implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and arenapls cannot guarantee absolute security.

arenapls will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

arenapls is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

12. Termination

arenapls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason that arenapls deems appropriate in the interests of the Platform's integrity or regulatory compliance.

Upon termination of your account for cause, arenapls reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting arenapls customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

arenapls operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14. Amendments

arenapls reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, arenapls will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
